Minting Coins – then and now!

One of our Members shared these 2 Videos to enlighten us on just how much the Coin Minting Process has changed in the last few generations. The first video is from 1940 and gives an historical reference of coin making in the USA from its’ inception. The second video is from 2015 and shows the same Mint and the process of making Quarters today. You may be surprised at the difference!

Our Club is growing as we celebrate 50 years as a Coin Club in Harford County!

We have members from age 5 to age 92! There are snacks and fun for all ages at our meetings and auctions. Come to a meeting and check us out!

50th Anniversary Celebration!

The Bel Mar Coin Club celebrated their 50th Anniversary on October 16th, 2017!

The Club received Accolades and Awards from the American Numismatic Association; the Town of Aberdeen; and Harford County, Maryland.

This was a momentous occasion for the Club and the meeting and celebration was well attended by members, their families & guests, and Representatives from the Town of Aberdeen & Harford County.

The very next Bel Mar Coin Club Meeting will be our 50th Anniversary Celebration!

We are proud and honored to celebrate 50 years as a Coin Club in Harford County, Maryland.

The October 16, 2017 Regular Club Meeting will be a special night with food and refreshments and a few very special guests.

If you live in or near Harford County Maryland and have an interest in Coin Collecting, or are just curious to learn more, please consider joining us for this celebration on Monday October 16th.
